have you tested lens for focus accuracy,, try the three battery test..or on a longer lens i test mine along a fence line..dont use auto focus ..

allways use the centre point [for focusing].. and get it over the eye..

 

oh a naff filter wont help matters...easy to test for, take it off.(start with a tripod...).

Ok time for another question. I have noticed a lot of my pics are blurry especially when I enlarge them to 100%. I'm using a 70 - 300 mil lens it's a nikon and has all that vr stuff. I'm pretty sure it's not camera shake or a prob with light. Any suggestions or advice on were I'm going wrong and how I fix it greatly appreiciated
