thanks people and who ever said about the rabbit dishies look on lving off the land and game cooking theres loads on there but i have to say try out kuntucky fried rabbit i made it not to long ago and i was amazed how nice it was :thumbs:

I worked in a kitchen before, I was one of the underlings who washed dishes and occasionally moved furniture around when they felt like re-organising a bit, I was about 16 at the time, and I can honestly say that I hated every single last second of it.

 

You've got to have some restraint to work in a kitchens man.

yer sounds bleak what you was doing but if i get on this apprenceship i wont be doing what you was doing the course is much more fun and hard work at the same time !

Yeah I know mate, I was just saying that the Kitchen environment can be pretty tense and you do need some restraint to work in one from my experience.

 

Best of luck with it though mate, theres nothing like doing a job you actually love doing :good:

yer i know its gonna be hard with people allways speaking down to you but in the course thay give you anger mangerment aswell :angry::laugh: and thanks mate ;)
