hi everyone i went for a walk around my permission tonight and after walking 250 meter around my shoot with the lamp with my orange filter on i spotted a beady eye in a clump of grass so i took aim and bang a nice neck shot at roughly 40 45 mtr. a nice clean kill so i took it home gutted skinned and washed its now in the freezer with the rest wish i took a pic now

What cal are you using?

 

I had a similar shot that turned out to be neck at a similar range.

Its hard to judge range in the dark aint it

177 mate usually its dead on but it might have been me ill be checking my scopes tomoz

and yes it really is quite hard to judge the range in the dark but usually im almost dead on but i had had a couple of cans:drink:
