huntingalltheway 2
Can you breed s retired greyhound and have ngrc registers pups yes if you are the owner and have her paper work and the dog is also registered Y.I.S Leeview What do you mean by paperwork please I have her official identity card it looks like the kc reg papaer work but its blue it should say on the top GBGB registration With greyhounds it isnt kc paper work its GBGB this paper work should have your name on it this makes you the official owner of her and this gives you the right to race/breed or rehome her. If she is registered to you then you cant just use any greyhound stud they have to be a ngrc registered stud they will have a certificate to prove this. So with your and there registered paper work the pups are eligible for registration. And at around 12 weeks they come out and tatoo the pups. Hope this helps. Need any more info happy to help. And then I will be able to breed her Ps your time is verry much apprechiated mate yeah once your the registered owner of her you can but just make sure the stud is also a registered stud with the ngrc you cand find them on greyhound data. You cn also do test mating to see which would be the best stud as greyhounds geneerally have oveer 30 generations of breeding. By test mating it will quickly test to see if the studs ok to stop most inbreeding. Once pups are born notify the ngrc and the GBGB and there sort you out. But take into account the earliest they can leave is 12 weeks old as thats when they tatoo them. Hope this helps
