hedz31 1,308
The best pot fillers ive seen and that is pot fillers not allrounders etc etc have got to be collie crosses on the 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie mix and i say that compleatly neutral as i dont run that cross and i am not a huge fan of them but as pot fillers they take some beating theres plenty other crosses out there that are good but i just think colle crosses are more consistent in that department Quote Link to post

Guest AngelicAcid
This is where pot filler and allrounder are different, as is a catch dog, or how you perceive the word CATCH. Quote Link to post
whin 463
not such thing as an ultimate pot filler saw good dogs in all crosses weather saluks crosses collie types ,there all had the one thing a hunting brain with loads of one to one withowner to hone there skills in ,had a good collie type and a good saluk type both took all edible qauury and feather that they sneeked onto i dont think there a type of dog its anrather whats in the dog , butncolie type and saluk types seem to be good pot fillers and crossed make good allround dogs ,in the [bANNED TEXT] hands ,there be terrier crosses to but never had much to do with them Quote Link to post
poacher3161 1,766
IMHO a lot can depend on the type of land you work the dog on Quote Link to post

Guest 2GOOD
IMHO a lot can depend on the type of land you work the dog on and if there is game on it other wise your pot would stay empty Quote Link to post
