RicW 67
Err, I don't know if anyone has noticed, but this guy has been convicted in his absence and is now on the run. When the fuzz catch him - and they will - he will be deported. He is a foreign national who has been convicted of a crime in this country, and as such he is not allowed to stay. He will be put on the "first plane" to his "country of origin". And bloody good riddance. Ric If you believe that they will deport him if he claims he his in danger if he returns and some do gooder lawyer defends him my money would be on them letting him stay like they did the somalian who helped one of the killers of the bradford police woman try and escape justice Poacher - we will have to wait on this one. If he is an "Asylum Seeker" then, yes, he might get away with it - for now. If his official status is "foreign national" then believe you me he is on his way out. And the guys who do the biz of chucking out the blaggers don't mess about. Ric
