Try the guntrader site and look for a second hand rifle and then buy the best scope and binoculars you can afford. Do not rule out second hand glass either, Macleods of Tain have an excellent selection. It may be not what you want to hear, it wasn't what I wanted to hear either, but it is the second best piece of advice i have ever been given.
