why cant i give positive votes, it says i have reached my quota for positive votes, and yet i have never voted on anyones comment before, only just noticed that i could, surely i should be able to use it, or is my quota 0?

the whole site has been buggering about recently, has anyone else had problems or is it just me, more often than not when i try and get on here it says driver error, try later, if they are going to do up the site a bit they really should have done it properly.

i dont think you understand whats involved....setting up and running a forum with 24,000 members !!!

 

i dont think the "vote" facility is "live".......and it certainly isn't worth getting worked up about.
