Hi folks,

I received an electric slow-cooker for Christmas this year, and am after any decent game recipes to try it out with? I've got a brace of rather hefty pheasants hanging at the moment, so would like to use them some way. I know of a few casserole recipes that I could use, but was after something new & hopefully tasty to try out!

Cheers,

Andy

Rabbit rolled in seasoned and herbed up flour fried in very hot butter (add a splash of olive oil to prevent the butter burning) Make a veg stew how you like it adding the fat and juices from the fried rabbit then layer into the slow cooker and leave for a least 8 hours I do mine for about 15 - 20 hours Tastes frigging lovely with some crusty bread and butter and a large glass of your favourite tipple when you get back from t'pub. :snack: and :drink:
