Nobby 65 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 Went out lamping with fieldmarshall last night the dogs seemed to have got over the knocks they had last time out i had done all i could think to prepare him for lamping after he pull up lame last time out gave him some tined tomato's with his food as its suppose to help with cramp gave him a rub down with muscle rub before we set off and again when we got to the farm we also took a bottle of greyhound recharge out with us for the dogs to drink after a few runs .Fieldmarshall's dogs foot was holding up well till he ran over a pile of rocks picking a rabbit up it looked like he felt it a bit so he kept him on the lead for while and i ran my dog he then gave him another run and he was ok he was running well and didn't miss a rabbit for the hour and a half we were out i enjoyed the look out and was pleased the dog stayed sound :thumbs-up: we ended up with 19 seen plenty more rabbits we could of run but didn't want to give the dogs to many runs.
