heres a couple of old pics i have dug out and thought id share with you all. this is penny a 1st cross staff/grey from around 78-79 stevensstuff358.jpg i know the pic dont show alot but she was a good strong bitch who worked well and was a good bitch around earths and drawing as and when we needed her to! here is her and sandy a saluki cross with one of my sons in about 81-82 stevensstuff355.jpg sandy turned out into a brilliant daytime dog taking hares and deer regularly till she was 8 and then retired as she broke her leg and was never ran again after her recovery. next is wolfy a deerhound greyhound who i would pay a million pounds to have again now he was a rescue dog i picked up about 85-86 abit slow for hares but would course deer all day long his stamina really was something else stevensstuff357.jpg i dont get out as much as i did when i was younger but i hope to breed some bull crosses through my present dog and hope to do alot more with any resulting pups out of him. cheers for reading and any old pics you have will be welcome id love to see them

nice pics mate i especially like the deerhound grey, some of that old blood has now gone forever bred for work back then, most bred for the wallet these days, the lurcher world is getting worse and worse imo too many lurchers bred for the wrong reasons, nice to see some older stuff.
