Yes. For several reasons:

 

Using a scope enhacer, your eye/scope position will be bang on, reducing the risk of parallax error (not looking directly down the centre of the scope)

 

You will gain 15-20 minutes shooting in poor light / dusk conditions

 

In wet conditions, it will reduce the amount of moisture fouling the eye piece
