Now then moving abroad so selling me air rifle. it's an air arms S400 carbine in very good condition! comes with Scope (think it's a Nikko Gameking but i'll check tonight!) it has an illuminated crosshair!!! also comes with lamp and battery i'll try add images when i get home tonight £250 for the lot feel free to PM me for details

AH! that explains a few things! i just bought a new scope as each time i set the scope after a days shooting it'd be out, i'd reconfigure it then pump up the rifle & it'd be out again...........thought it was cos of a cheap scope!!! Cheers

now then this has probably been covered before..........but........... What is the best pellet to use for a .177 air rifle?? at the minute i use field target trophy but was out yesterday got 2 squirrels & a pheasent but the pellet on all occasions hit & went straight through the animals. It didn't kill them instantly & they seemed to be flopping about in pain............the pheasent stopped once i cracked its neck (i hit it right behind the eye) Which pellet will spread on impact? i only shoot rabbits, pigeon etc i was looking at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bisley-Pest-
