stealthy1 3,964
If there's any meat left on the bones then chuck them in, your ferrets will either pick them clean or they wont Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
I would'nt think a bit of fat will harm them at this time of year, should help keep them warm Quote Link to post
Guest bodgerbear
I have been feeding my ferrets raw pork bone ribs now for a few weeks now and they have been fine. Not sure if I read your post right, but I think you wanted to give the bones the dog had chewed on? I wouldn't give this to the ferrets after the dog has had it (I may stand corrected), but the ferrets should be fine with the meat/fat left on the bone as long as its raw. My lot like the marrow and the bone should help clean there teeth too. Hope this helps Regards Rob Quote Link to post
