I have been feeding my ferrets raw pork bone ribs now for a few weeks now and they have been fine. Not sure if I read your post right, but I think you wanted to give the bones the dog had chewed on? I wouldn't give this to the ferrets after the dog has had it (I may stand corrected), but the ferrets should be fine with the meat/fat left on the bone as long as its raw. My lot like the marrow and the bone should help clean there teeth too. Hope this helps

I have just been out to check on them and they have stripped the meat off and the jill was practically inside it licking the marrow out

i give mine chicken carcasses & bones ( uncooked ) they love them, will be fine, not tried them on pork as my last lot of ferrets got shits from pork, but things have changed in 25 years lol
