"Earth!" 503 Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 since the so called ban,if anything we have all grown stronger.i do however think a nationwide protest is in order. its a shame the general pleasure anglers were/are too ignorant to join the rest of the fieldsports community. Anglers were not ignorant just that their sport has been more accesable to the ordinary man thats why they would not dare to ban it. your correct.a few anglers did support the varios marchers but if only the all did,just imagine the turn out.there would have nearly been treble the ammount that wre already there! regarding the ban on hunting with dogs.at the FMWTC AGM i bought the subject up that many MPs are against hunting yet most game shoot and quite happy in the knowledge driven or rough shoots require dogs on the line,hunting game from cover!!!
