i lost my first lurcher recently and it broke my heart.she was a salukixgreyhound to a deerhoundxgreyhound.she smashed into a rock while ferreting and died on impact.i've just bought a lakeland bitch pup from good line of earth dogs so i wont a new one to work along side her.any ideas? she must also be good to break to ferrets.i dont wont a lurcher for speed just for brains.please get in touch with some ideas

sorry to hear about your loss mate. if you was happy with the cross you had why dont you try to trace some 1 with the same breeding as the 1 you had ( theres always more than 1 in a litter ) if you cant get 1 from the same litter you may be able to get an out cross from a litter sister of brother .

Hi there, what part of N. wales are you from? I have a litter of 3/4 Bull 1/4 Greyhound pups, if you are interested. The father catches and retreives rabbits back to hand, the mother has just started hunting, she is bushing and marking walls, etc. I do not want a lot for a pup as long as you give a good home. Hope this helps.

hi i'm from just outside rhyl.what exactly is the breeding of the pups? if you dont mind me asking .i,ve been told you can't kennel a lurcher [bANNED TEXT] too much bull in it with a terrier.i dont know just heard things in the past. i have no experience with bullx you see?do u have any pics?

They are 3/4 bull 1/4 greyhound. I do not have a problem with kenneling, the mother is in with a whippet/greyhound bitch and a bull/greyhound dog. Having a problem sending the pictures. can you give your email address please?

just go for a collie grey or a beddie whippet small enough and probably ideal for what your doing..

yeah a collie cross sounds good.my mate used to nail foxes on the lamp with one until it ran into a sillage trailer after a rabbit.end of a cracking dog.

I'd try a beddy x grey, just the ticket for your needs , personaly I wouldn't kennel a lurcher and terrier together, but thats just me, atb Richard

its mad this but yesterday was the birthday of the dog i lost and i was looking in the local paper and the lad is advertising pups again but [bANNED TEXT] a collie greyhound as the sire this time instead of the deerhoundxgreyhound.going to see them this sat.hopefully they'll be what i want.
