The moon was full last night so the next few nights will be a waste of time unless we get some rough weather. The moon rises approx 50 minutes later each night so by next week it won't be up untill late [midnight] so you'll be able to get out early and lamp before it rises. Quote Link to post

Yes.......and in my experience you will always catch more rabbits in the first quarter when the moon is on the rise than you will in the last quarter. Rabbits tend to travel further afield during this period .......don't ask me why.....i don't know, but it does seem to happen that way for some reason. Rolfe. Quote Link to post
