A DAY WITH THE SHOTTY

I finished work early this morning and thought id have a pop to the gun shop to buy some crow decoys, anyway i took the shotgun with me as i shoot a farm not far from the shop, i set six crow decoys out and set my electronic caller of and it started bringing the crows in spot on and then pigeons started coming in anyway heres a pic of the end result, i shot forty birds in all and used about 57 cartridges which was a shock form me :11: :11:

Fecking jackpot mate.. .. you can never seem to plan them good day's they just seem to happen once in a blue moon.. on the cartridge bit that's an excellent shot to kill ratio infact nearly as good as me.. ..

Did you take the terrier with you dude for a bit of retrieving..? .

Excellent day out mate! It's true, you can't plan it, those good days just happen! My best days have always resulted from a "what you up to? fancy some decoying?" type conversation. Whenever we plan a day in the hide we come back with a small bag.
