I have a pup. Very pleased with him so far. His scenting abilities are phenomenol. I wont use him in the ground as I am not into digging, but will instead use him for tracking. His parents are both used mainly for fox digging. Top workers and can be dug to often. Very handy dogs to have in your kennel.

But in my opinion they really come into their element when tracking blood trail.

What height tts do they make,I know must dogs go deaf when on a hot scent but what is there recall like, when game is around.Any picks of your pup. Thanks

Not done a lot with mine this past week

Been laid up with swine flu!

However hoping to go and dredge a few hedges with him and the shotgun soon (before the end of the pheasant season) looking for whatever he can find, rats,rabbits,pheasants,foxes....Muntjac :whistling:

I might take him ferreting with me on Sunday to push through the standing cover before hand
