Pet stores who sell pups from farms already offer 'health' certificates that are often forged and not worth the paper they're printed on. More rules, more regulations .... and nobody actually enforcing it. In theory it's a good idea but in practice I doubt it'll change much. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
