I was in the same boat as you when I got mine. Its easy for people to say " spend the extra on a really good scope " but its not them that are paying for it at the end of the day and you can only spend as much as your pocket allows ! Bloody women ! why do they have to go and get themselves pregnant ! I hope youve had harsh words, and told her its all her fault that you cant afford the top of the range new S&B etc Quote Link to post
hw100sniper 2 Posted October 17, 2009 Report Share Posted October 17, 2009 My mate has a 4-12x50 on his 17hmr and is a very clear scope ,I have actually got the same scope as u ear marked when I step up to c\f (only got rimmies the now) ive just got the decition of whether to go for 22-250 or 243 to sort out first. Its worth it in the long run... The clarity on the cheaper scopes at range on the lamp, dusk/dawn, general build is not in the same league... Quote Link to post
