Cheers steve just started working mine mate & they are close to 6 month, only way to find out if they are ready is stick them down a hole & let nature take its course, just start them on smallish holes & be patient, good luck & let us know how you get on, regards john Quote Link to post

Quixote 9
thinking about next month what do you think ? If the kits are fully-weaned & Mum's in good nick then there's no reason why not. Mind you, I prefer to wait until the kits are up a good bit, unless you've got them housed separately? Reason being, if the jill gets too fired up & you put her back in with the kits, there's a chance she could turn on them through sheer over-excitement. My main permission's only a stone's throw from my house though, so from 'bury to court' is only ten minutes in my case. You know your own ferts though mate.............. Quote Link to post
The one 8,585
If the kitts are a good size and eating well you should take the jill away from them anyway as they will just run her down Quote Link to post
