liftboy1 0
Hi guys and gals, need some advice. I work 3 ferrets solo and was debating to get a terrier to work with me so I can mark. My missus is a bit off about the idea (she never has been ferreting with me). I work 7-5 mon-fri, I spend roughly an hour with my ferrets every night. What do you guys think, p.s. have had a german shepherd when i lived with my parents. Quote Link to post
Guest eastmids
Just my opinion fella but if rabbits is your game get a little bedlington whippet pup brought on right it,ll mark work nets and catch Quote Link to post
liftboy1 0
Ok cheers boy, It`s more of the commitment that worries me, my ferrets are not high maintenance. The dog would be kept in a kennel from 7 till say 5 or 6. Would that be ok? Quote Link to post
gnipper 7,091
Let your missus pick the dog she likes that way it will get attention while your at work and then you get to take it out. Regardless of what breed it is most dogs will do what you want and mark a hole. Quote Link to post
