Over a month ago now, I placed an order with these guys after being told, over the phone, that what i wanted was in stock. I placed the order online, and they took my £80ish straight away. Well that was the last I heard. It is now over a month and nothing. I have phoned on several occasions to be told that they would take my name and number and give me a call when they knew what was going on. Yep, nothing. No phone call, no products. When i got hold of someone that knew what they were doing, I was told that they had been out of stock of my items for a while before i was told they had them! Was then told that the delivery would be in on the thursday and with me on the monday. I originally paid for 7-10 day delivery so i thought that may be it. Monday came and went, and nothing. I phoned again, "the order didnt arrive sir", but im sure that the items i ordered probably went to the midlands game fair and were sold there. Anyway, i was told i would get a full refund, that was last friday, and yep, you guessed it. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!! In my eyes, thats theft. I spoke to them again today, and was told someone would call me back, which i believed as it is the 5th or maybe 6th time they have taken my name and number, but nothing. Now they are closed! So on my experience i wont even consider buying from them again and may even get Trading Standards involved as this is taking the f*****g p**s if you ask me. There was a thread on here ages ago about them, something quite similar I think. In my own experience with them, they are full of shit, made a big order with me for gear they wanted to take up to Scotland, I think they were after getting the gear before they paid, luckily they didn't get it.
