No I agree prosecuting on a technicality after changing the goal posts is not correct I am just glad they went ther looking for an illegally owned falcon the fact he had eggs didnt really bother me. DEREK CANNING LLB[HONS] 20 Posted September 19, 2009 Report Share Posted September 19, 2009 (edited) No one today would agree with taking wild birds eggs however if you have an old collection of eggs there is no benefit in making the egg shells illegal many years later as the valuable data could be now destroyed moreover making people criminals and potentially sending them to jail without them knowing they have done anything wrong is morally wrong and I would say violates Article 7.
