ssssh1forthepot 0
These fish were listed under the Prohibition of Keeping or Release of Live Fish (Specified Species) Order 1998 and you need to hold a special licence to keep one, although you're extremely unlikely to get a licence if you apply, so they're effectively illegal. I know they're an apex predator but i didn't know they were "effectively" illegal. I had a idea you would need a license to stock as they're non native species but are found in some ponds ..that is the reason for me posting in the first place ..didn't want anyone to really incriminate themselves by offering up fish ....Oh well another muppet thread for someone to hang themselves on
