bullet heads

this could just be my firearms dealer but ive had some 58g bullet heads on order from him for a good month now and hes having huge problems stocking them. usually he's brilliant with everything but he said he's having really big problems stocking any bullet heads at the moment and they just aren't being delivered.

 

so for all you reloaders out there...are you having problems ordering in bullet heads or is it just me.

no mate where abouts is he situated. i'm using John Bradshaws which is in Cotterstock and he's great but just having problems getting bullet heads

i was at reloading soultions yesterday by oxford. aftab the owner is prob one of the biggest reloading dealers in the uk. yet he told me getting stuff from the usa is really hard at the moment. arveyboy your not far from reloading nr kiddlington. give thema bell he mite have what your looking for. and mite even be able to post them depending on what 58 grain bullets they are. if expanding then no but target bullets yes.

Bullets and powders are geting scarce ,nothing is being shipped from the US at the moment ,Ive been told due to the war effort , and anything that makes it to these shores is quickly being snapped up. Vhit powders and Lapua bullets are ok and I picked up 200 sierra sp in .243 and 200 Lapua sp in .308 .Noslers are like hens teeth. If you do find any then I suggest you buy in bulk if you can that includes propellant and primers.

shame im looking for the hornady 58g vmax so he won't be able to post them to me. any chance he'll be able to post them to Bradshaws. also, good powder for the vmax? varget??? ive got the vit n150 at the moment

yes he can go rfd to rfd mate. but there be a charge of course. its 243 your using then i take it. could try varget have a look on reloading sites see what they use for 243.

 

my mate uses vit 150 in his 22/250ai varget is abit quicker burning
