whos going to chatsworth gamefair

Recommended Posts

It's not like what it used to be in the late 80's early 90's it's more like a glorified car boot now that costs a fortune to get in. They have lost there way and cater more for the city folk now calling it a country fair.

Back in the late 80's early 90's it was the pinicle of the lurcher scene, everyone went and it was a good criac

i went saturday, and your dead right mally, WHAT A FECKING LOAD OF SHIT it was going down hill 2 year ago when i went, but now :no: as mally said just a big sunday market, i did NOT see a single gun shop :no:

loads better in the late 80's

there were only a handfull of stalls selling hunting cloathing, VERY VERY VERY POOR :yes:

DIDN'T bother even looking at the lurchers , i just went to buy some stuff, didn't succeed :D

was going to go as my daughters ferret had qualifiedbut never recieved paper work and when i phoned to sort stuff out was told;

no camping avaliable but may be some down the road!!!

also when we got there we could ask people on gate to find someone from ferret show and they would come over and get us in for free

i could see myself driving for upwards of four hours to find no camping and blank stares on the gate

dn't bother to far to go for that crap

Went in 2008 having been going to midland for years. Realy enjoyed the change lurchers,terriers and even the horses.

Went back to midland last year what a load of shite Sponsored walk to see the terrier rings too comercialised for my liking now.

So looking for a good wholesome all rounder somewhere if anybody got some ideas please many thanks.
