Can powder be shipped to an address other than another registered dealer?. I am looking at buying a complete reloading kit from a member and he has a couple of tubs of powder included. If he arranges to send it from a regsitered dealer can this be sent to myself or must it go to another dealer?. Thanks in advance keith Quote Link to post
