ssssh1forthepot 0
Ive just got over £3000 from claiming bank charges back from the last 6 years, some of it was from bank charges some was from a loan. The company is called ISMART and there website is http://www.bankcharging.co.uk/ you might aswell have a look its money for nothing. ISMART take 10% which is pretty fair I think, they also took the interest that had accumilated on the money owed to me on the loan but even so Ive got over £3000 and they took £600 in total. ssssh1forthepot 0
Between me and the Mrs we have claims pending that are confirmed that we will be getting money back from the following banks, Barclays, HSBC, Capitol 1 (credit card) . Ive allready had money back off HSBC and my Mrs has had some from a few credit cards. But you can get charges back on Bak accounts, Loans and credit cards we are getting it on as much as we can. I think when we have had it all back it will be in excess of £7000 for the two of us.

Tiercel 6,986
May i ask , how you had yours for 10% of recovered monies when the site states that they take 25%? Bank charges How did you wangle the 10% fee as I would use them for that price. But not for 25%. Especially as you can do it yourself for a tenner. Have a look at this site it even gives you the templates on how to phrase your letters. TC
ssssh1forthepot 0
Ive just had a look at the invoice that they sent me and it says.... professional fee 10% of all premiums refunded then there is a VAT charge for 15% so maybe thats it, Also I called them instead of going through the site. You can call them on 08000433025 which may have made a difference. I know you can do it yourself I looked into it but to be honest it looked like to much hard work. These guys do everything for you, contact your bank, negotiate everything! For me it was just easier to do this. I had another letter waiting for me when I got home today and I got £1600 now ISMART take the interest that was earned plus 10% plus the VAT I still come out with just over £1000 for me thats good enough!!
