lurcher lass 9
i had two car accidents in the space of three years,, whip lash is nasty i still have bad effects now and the last crash was four years ago! had physio which i found useless in this country but when i went home to ireland to visit family and went to see a physio for sport injuries, the man pulled me about and put his elbow in me spine and i left feeling bashed to bits and really in pain, the following day was worse but the third was fantastic i had movement gained that i hadn't had in two years,, another treatment i would strongly recommend is accupuncture i always have been terrified of needles but i had 52 needles in my back neck and shoulders twice a week for ten months, and it worked wonders!! doctors thought i'd be house bound, i had to give up my dream career of becoming a jockey, but thanks to the irish physio and accupuncture i can still work me dogs and live life!!! if you or your family need any advice or anything please do pm me i hope everyone including you recovers from the shock of it all and i am so so pleased everyone involved is ok as it could have been much worse, all the very best lurcher lass xxx
