Try opening the document in a photo editing program if you have one, then you will have to 'cut' the pics out of the document and then 'paste' them onto a new document. Unfortunately i believe you cant make the pics larger etc if they are saved within a word file, i think you can stretch them but not actually increase the pixel size to make the propotionaly larger...hope this helps..
