fin and fur 2 Posted August 4, 2009 Report Share Posted August 4, 2009 Good luck in your search, the Itchen is one of this countrys finest chalkstreams and many clubs have very long waiting lists for membership. it really is a case of dead mans waders, it will cost you a fair buck too as most of these clubs will charge the earth for a seasons ticket. Surprisingly though the fishing on the Itchen as it passes through Winchester is free to one and all, Jon Beer wrote an atricle in Trout & Salmon magazine some years back on this free stretch, good luck in your search fin and fur Quote Link to post
