The one 8,405 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 We went out today to have a wee bit of ferreting and get some ferret grub we tried a wee wood that has been grazed clean and we could see the holes ,we would be about half way threw the wood when the first rabbit bolted and i shot it .Then a couple of burrows later the ferret grabbed a half grown one as it bolted and we had two despite running the ferret threw that burrow again there where no more young in it must have been a only child LOL .Then we tried the rest of the burrow for nothing so we took a walk back to the farm but could only find two burrows ferretable and got nought out them had a great couple of hours but The first rabbit we got was a buck and only one young rabbit i thought we might have got the doe and a few more young??
