Adam-RunningDog 1
that black bitch is top notch mate as you said they are only 4 months old and she has all the deffinition she is going to be a cracker. my brother is addiment not to work that big blue dog but i aint being funny he is going to be a killing machine. hes a right lump and had iron lungs he can run forever he puts the rest to shame they are gasspin on the floor and he is there trying to make them chace him the brindle one is a good dog to a little lazy i think he had hurt his leg because yesterdays walk he wasnt going flat out but the black bitch i mean what a dog its even worth putting bets on this bitch but i aint into that she is going to be a strictly working dog, but she is looking amazing. yes i think i will have to have chicky down to sort me out like my heads up my arse i think i will train the brindle one he is in between the both pups he has the mixture of them both. i would like the blue one but he is going to be strickly on charlie most proberly (retrieving them after being shot) so what you think mate blue or brindle ? i got a choice my father is doing okay with the black bitch so i will leave him too it. Adam-RunningDog 1
i think i will have the brindle one i have let me dad have the black one. the brindle is alot more racy but i love the charlie work no doubt he will take one down with easy anyways. your pups is looking cracking mate i got to say she has a really distinctive bull x head on her and she is muscling up well just give it a few more months when they fill out we will see who is going to be doing what. i just want to see what they are all going to turn out like. i think i should really start kicking it into gear now they are a bit more mature so its less frustrating. im off to gloster tomorrow to do a spot of pest controll it has to be done. hope the weather shapes up Edited July 11, 2009 by Adam-RunningDog Quote Link to post
tracetheface152 0
took cara out on wednesday for some one on one training ... picked a particular spot thats full of dog walkers so the pup could get some more sociolising and there would be less chance of any gane being about ........ we were only there 5 mins when the pup took a line towards a small bit of cover she pushed her nose in and a half grown rabbit bolted out of the other side .... for a second the pup just stood watching it which i was glad about as i obviously dont want her chasing rabbits yet ... then she just took off low to the ground and stretching out to full speed .... the rabbit stupidly decided to try and head straight for its warren without putting a bend in ... the bitch closed on it struck and grabbed it with her first attempt .... i left her for about 10 seconds to get a proper hold on it ... i gave her a quick whistle and she came trotting in head held high and delivered her prize directly into my hand ..... first chase a catch and retrieved live to hand .... i just hope this continues when she is older ...... HERE SHE IS AFTER THE CATCH .......... well done,,,natural instinct bred into the dog,,great to see,,cant wait for my 15 week old pup to do that when shes older, great pic Quote Link to post
