Can anyone tell me

Recommended Posts

I am thinking of booking a holiday cottage in a place called Rhosneigr, Anglesey and I wondered what sort of place its like for a holiday. It looks like a small fishing village.

Also I would be thinking of going late September so what fish could I expect if any to catch in that area.

I have never been to Wales so what can I expect please.

ps It wont bother me if the weather is bad at that time.

Iv lived near there, treaddar bay. What a lovely part of wales it is. not to sure of the fishing but you will have some fun with the dogs. Theres a little place not far from there and it holds the most rabbits iv ever seen. Its a big area of sand dunes. Can be a bit loud though at times with RAF valley up the road

Are there any further comments from any of our Welsh friends before I close the book on this subject.

When i lived there my mrs at the time didn't speak welsh. That area isn't bad but some parts of north west wales they wont talk to English speakers. They would just growl lol. Very proud of there country and the language. South Wales is friendlier but no where near as pretty and that's coming from a boy born and bread in the valleys. Funny people the welsh but extremely proud
