volkswagon "front bushes"

Recommended Posts

I think the "front bushes" need replacing

there is a slight "knock" when hitting pot-holes etc....

if i look into the wheel arch, i can see 2 "bushes" are these more commonly known as "wishbone bushes"

And are they easy to replace for a DIYer?

Cheers

vw what? the bushes themselves are an absalute c-u-n-t!!! could be a droplink? this attaches the strut to the antiroll bar, turn the steering on a hard lock and grab hold of the link and pull it, if there is slight movement thats probably gonna be your noise.

Oi ....... this is a family forum and you don't replace things like that but give it a good wash or even better get her to trim it back a bit.
