mk3 ferret collar batteriers

Mk 3 Takes SG5 otherwise known as SR754sw/1.55v and 393

 

Mk3m Takes SG9 otherwise known as SR936sw/1.55v and 394

 

I'm pretty sure they have other prefixes as well, but as someone said, Ebay is the place to get them, make sure they are silver oxide though,I find they last a lot longer.

I get mine from e bay, normally pay around a tenner (£10) for 60 or so, then simply use them once and throw away, I used to save them and get use's from them, but at that price its not worth risking them dying on a trip out

Bloody hell stubbs, one time then thrown, i get about 4-5 outings with mine, and i find that they usually start to play up abit before they pack up, giving me enough warning to change them, but everyone to their own mate, fair play.

as I said, it works out to around 16p per battery, 32p per collar x 4 collars = £1.32 per outing, if I was ferreting a sat/sun, then yup Id probably use the same ones, but mostly ferret every other weekend, in which case, I bin them
