andy s410c 63 Posted May 25, 2009 Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 Arrived at the bottom quarry for midday greeted to a S/W breeze but plenty of sunshine.I started in the farmyard before heading down into the quarry bottom.Nothing around the yard so i pulled up a sniping position in the ruins of a stone cottage & had a wait of a hour before bagging my first.I could see a bunny inching it's way towards me so after a eternity it stopped on a outcrop about 40 yds away & it would'nt move any further .I decide to have a go at it,steadied meself on the wall,gave a few mm of holdover & a headshot connects...mmmm nice I moved to another spot & after a while bagged another 2.I had a quick mooch around the quarry wall & bagged another 2.It was gone 5pm now & my thoughts went to the football on my way through the yard i bumped into the landowner & he gave the news i did'nt want to hear Sunderland getting beat but so was Hull & NEWCASTLE .On my way home i listened to the Mags final nail in the coffin go in ...perfect end to the day End of day photo......
