have just been informed that early this morning a fox was jumping up at my avairy where i keep my harris hawk............. this gives me a reason to catch the b*****d

 

just wondering what is the best trap for the job any help please lads

Sorry to say this but not a good enough reason to kill the little bastardto in the eyes of the law.

but catch the little twat anyhow :11:

lol i dint say it was a good reason in the eyes of the law...... but it is for me

 

i am making a fox live trap (will post pics when finished)

 

and i am lining my floor ov avairy with mesh and about foot up the walls (prevent digging under)

can someone put pics of there trap up

 

i set mine with bait and then this morning the door was closed and bait gone why is this

 

her is a pic of trap but i had to draw it my digi cam is playing up

 

he bait is attached to string when the fox enters and pulls the bait it puts the nail out (which is holding up the door) the door then closes and cannot be pussed open from inside.....

 

could a fox manage to pull it opn from inside

Is your trap long enough? (The door hitting it's back) Try spring loading the door so it shuts faster, and if it does hit it's back it'll shift it forwrd not back.

 

 

it is 4 foot long
