Malt 379
use it all the time mate. give the floor a good clean brush every little bit of crap on the floor up. then mix uni-bond in a bucket with water about 1 part uni to 3 water, put just anoth to cover the floor so its not swimming other wise the water will come to the top. give it a good brush in make sure theres no puddles. mix quiet wet so it spreads well start away from the door obviosly.you dont need to piss about with a trowel if you mix it wet enough...alb aluse a trowel . fence hopper is experienced and could do it without but i would take your time with it and you know your right then each to there own mate we all have are own ways, nothing against yours, but they call it SELF leveler for a reason...if its mixed wet enough (not to wet) and you uni bond the floor meaning less suction it will settle itself no need to make things hard for yourself alb al Right enough mate, I like it on the pissy side! Just a quick question for the op though, when you say a new floor, how deep is it going to be? I mean do you need a new floor, or just making good what's there? Hi, Just really trying to make good whats there, so I can lay new flooring on it. Cheers, Tom If you follow fence hoppers advice you wont go far wrong. Oh, and start from the furthest corner and work backwards towards the door!
