SportingShooter 0 Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 Just one point on IPs etc. If a member is Banned from here, their Email is banned, fair enough, they can register a new one in a minute or two. His IP can be banned, but if it turns out that he is with certain ISPs then it may end up banning multiple members, due to IP sharing, who have done nothing wrong and are not even aware of this. His account and username would also be banned, but he could come back under a new one and the only way you would know who he was afterwards is if you know his trends.
