  1. Hi every one here are some boxes I've been makeing
  2. I make a bird proof box for Fenn traps just struggling to upload a pic
  3. Where I trap I only use live traps because the otter have slowly moved up to my area So pleased last year to see young otter tracks
  4. As said above wires are your best bet but if you use a cage bed it into the ground Charlie don't like stepping off dirt on to steel mesh

There are so many fox traps out now it's hard to see what's best I make a few diffrant types for farmers and games keeper Fold away ones I think are not good at all Mine are tied together with 12g wire and tacked in areas that take a bumping , I also make mine two inches under the door so they can be bedded in to the ground. A farmer I know had one off me 6 years ago and we dug it in and made it a perm sett 6 years on its stil in same place and accounted for a lot of catches Just make sure when it's not set pad lock door open
  6. Within the codes of practice you shouldn't fix to a fence due to entanglement but buy fitting a wire along the ground on a non return link as the fox comes from the fence it will not allow him to return to the area where he could get tangled up. I'll try get a drawing up on here if u like
