  1. we are taking them to court since we brought charges against them they have charged me with utter crap clive was lafing You have just stated that they have indeed charged you since you brought charges against them. You have maintained all along that you have not been charged with anything. Make your mind up. I'll come back on here when it's all been through court....Both cases and I hope to high heaven that the money everyone has donated has indeed gone towards the case against the rspca and not towards the defence in the case the RSPCA have against the OP. As I have just said
  2. You have just told us youre a grass....and then expect people to trust you....Wrong,un No...I just told you that I am open enough to not be a backstabber...If I'm going to talk about someone, I'll at least tell them and give them right to reply.
  3. Can't and won't argue with that as I can't say anymore and like you, I hope he does get justice for the dog. I've been polite and answered everything as well as I can. If others want to make assumptions about me fair enough. Can't blame anyone. They only have to read your comments on the horse and hound _gg_ Untitled.png They did in that case. They totally dropped the ball in others though. I'll praise where it's due and condemn where it's due. I am not married by the way either and I don't have any friends in the police.
  4. He's 6 now. He's never been out with other dogs that are like him and I his parents were not working stock, they were pets, so I guess he just has a strong prey drive. Thanks, I'll see who's about.

  6. Actually it is. I have been totally open and not hidden who I am. I posted the link to the other forum.
  7. That's the best response I have seen. I too support that Dymented should have answers for what happened to the dog. I haven't told anyone not to donate, just advised against it. There are other elements and those are what I can't discuss, I wish I could, but I can't. I'm really not the enemy. I want justice for the dog that was killed as much as any of you....but anyway...time will clear this all up.
  8. Nope. I don't know a court date...it's Dymented that said he had a court date and as for being a nosy twunt. Dymented stopped posting on the other forum months ago, so it faded away and we all forgot about it. He brought it back up and that is when I realised something was wrong. Honestly, I don't need you to believe me, it makes no difference to me. But ask yourselves why I am so damn sure about things being not as they seem. I've admitted when I've got things wrong, I've apologised when I've made mistakes....but I still stand by my conviction that you should all take the blinkers off
  9. Good to know. I know all about the RSPCA and how they work and I support your general stand on that. I'm not pro rspca, I'm certainly not anti hunting and I have no problem with the OP trying to get answers for the death of his sons dog...they do have to answer for that. It's a leap of faith to believe a new member saying not to support him, I get that, but I'd rather that than be a coward and not warn people that the truth when it comes out will be very different to what you have been told.

  11. Thanks for that, I will. I don't give a stuff what he does. Can any of you see here that where I believe he has told the truth and where I believe that the RSPCA are to blame, I am agreeing with him and supporting that they need to answer for that. I am being fair, I am not on a mission against him in that regard. If I was out to simply cause him trouble, I would not support and defend him on that part of this. All I am saying is things are not as they seem and the truth will come out.

  13. Can't post without revealing the OP's full name which is something I have been advised against doing, so I won't. Evidence will be forthcoming when it does go to press or possibly sooner for those that have donated. The OP has said all long that he was not given or shown a warrant, that he had a piece of paper waved at him when 9 police officers and the RSPCA seized 9 dogs and he could get no information from them. In actual fact, on the 14th March 2014, during an unrelated visit to his home, police officers found that he was growing his own cannabis, the OP cooperated fully and even o

  16. I can't. End of. I do believe the dog died in the care of the RSPCA and that they have to answer for that, for that he has my support (don't know how to be more diplomatic and fair than that). I'm not going to risk court cases, either the OP's if he has one or anyone else's, but I just wanted to warn you all.
  17. No, because I will not damage any cases that are current or proposed. Like what you did with my name there by the way. People, really, he's been viewing this thread since I posted and has said nothing. I have had a few PM's off members of this forum who had their own concerns and really, all I can say is don't be fools. Dymented has posted on the other forum, but not to defend himself and a bit odd to be honest. I just don't want people being scammed.
  18. I'm not going to say where I live I reported to the police.
  19. So what are you actually saying? I do not know the full scenario, but from what you are saying, police arrived at his house, for what reason you do not know. While there he was caught growing weed, and owned up to it. Nothing to do with the original visit in my eyes, the purpose of the original visit could be speculated on as being the police with the RSPCA. If so they would have to produce a warrant, and it would be that warrant or lack of it that is the contention. I think you have put two and two together and come up with six No, because I have reported it and know the truth.
  20. Dymented should be along soon as I have told him that I have posted this in here. I have nothing to hide and nothing to gain by posting this. Just want to save people getting scammed. Oh...and I have reported it to the authorities, that's why I have the conviction that I do.
  21. You forgot to mention the main reason you joined was to post on Dymented's RSPCA thread. It was, I have apologised for that and pm'd admin an apology as well. It's not how I wanted to do it, but was the only way. I could of course had left it alone and waited for it to go to court, but that would mean knowingly sitting by while people donate money based on lies. I'm not the sort of person that can sit by and watch people get taken for mugs. As for everything else I have posted....it's all true and when the Dymented case has been to court and everyone is in no doubt about the tru

  23. The OP was visited at his home by the police on an unrelated issue, when the cannabis was found. He cooperated fully with police and it was taken to conviction. There are no details of the "unrelated" visit that took him to his house that day, but it was the 14th March 2014 that he has posted all along that his dogs were seized. His version of that day, as told to you was untrue. If he cooperated enough to open his sheds for the police, why could he not have asked again to see and be shown the warrant? That made me extremely suspicious, so I will say here that I have reported the OP. What
  24. What he posts on here is up to him. What he has done regarding cannabis is up to him....as you say Mushroom, it's in the public domain, as is his name. Largely, it is irrelevant what he posts on here as you will all know the truth when it does go to court.
  25. I will also add...throughout the other thread, I was polite to Dymented and repeatedly stated that if he could prove things to be true, that I would support him in any way I could....something I can do given my experience with animal welfare cases. I just won't blindly believe things when they don't add up. I'll also add, I am not a defender of the RSPCA. I have had to work alongside them a lot and the organisation leaves a lot to be desired and has a lot to answer for themselves, but not in this case. In this case, I am behind them 100%
