  1. I think for me its down to the stock dimensions rather than feeling cheap and although his was a 32 which felt nice to swing it was too heavy in the barrels for me. I still think you should try the 30 inch sporter. You may be pleasantly surprised. Cheers Dave
  2. See if you can get a shot of a Miroku MK38. They are basically the same gun without going into too much detail. As far as i know they're still all made by Miroku anyway till you get to the posh stuff which is Belgian. Even if you like upgraded wood and emgraving ive seen a few grade 3 38's that are quite nice. I have a 30" 38 with the teague chokes and love it. To me its much nicer than my old 425 that i use for knocking around the woods or my friends 725. Cheers Dave
  3. Just a quick hello. Came across this forum after watching some airgunning videos on YouTube. Living in a rural area in Aberdeenshire I try do as much shooting and fishing as the Mrs allows. Quite alot of small species pest control with my 97 and the odd driven day for pheasants and ducks. Hoping to apply for my FAC soon so I can help some of the local farmers with foxes. Cheers all! Dave
