Done the above fitted a top hat as well no twang at all!! When the rain stops il get the chorno out

Done the above polished the piston with 600 grit wet n dry degreased and applied moly fitted a top hat no twang any more scratched it a bit which is a shame

ive been told to strip it down de-grease it and use moly on the spring and piston,I'm told this will help dampen a bit of the twang although I'm unsure

Hi everybody I've managed to get 718 pellets through my 80k yesterday no it's very very very twangy to the point of horrible I can shoot it fine the noise standing is just horrendous infact I can only imagine an smk to sound this bad, will this go??!? Or is it time to pass it to someone to sort ? I've been told that the hull cartridge springs are well less than good, with unfinished ends etc or more pellets smooth it out?
