  1. We got out for our annual festive ferreting yesterday. Didn't get a massive bag but it was a lot of fun. And I'm eating one of the rabbits for my dinner tonight
  2. I will need to get my hands on both guns first! I plan on buying a 20 bore side by side AYA at some point so I will certainly do a 12 vs 20 bore test. 28 Bores are hard to come buy even if borrowed!
  3. I was asked to shoot some woodpigeons over a failed crop reseeded with grass on sunday. It was a windy day and I had to be careful of the sheep but it was surprisingly good shooting
  4. I made this for my younger viewers, not trying to teach anyone to suck eggs, but I thought you might like it
  5. Well given as a boy my Dad used to take me out lamping with a .22lr bruno shooting foxes at 50+ metres and the .17hmr is double the power of course it is perfectly fine! Often my Dad even went for heart and lung shots and not once ever did a fox get up and run off. People get some funny ideas with calibres. At the end of the day if you are accurate and confident at the range it doesn't matter. A .223 or .243 (as police recommend) isn't any better if you aren't accurate. And I believe in Australia the .17hmr is known as the 'fox round' and Winchester have a factory there producing 42 grain .22l
  6. We had a good day over the stubble on Sunday getting 37 Woodpigeons, 5 Feral Pigeons and a Carrion Crow
  7. There were a couple of squabs in there too, tasted great! Thanks for watching Jigsaw My headcam is a Sony Actioncam HDR-AS15 and my other camera is a Sony Handycam HDR-CX700VE. Thanks for watching condor
  8. Went out pigeon decoying saturday over the stubbles. Had a good day and got 15 despite the police being called on me!
  9. The Mossberg 600 is a great value gun for practical shooting. Enjoy
  10. I did kind of hold my hands up to that! Hence the caption in the video. I could of left that out but I wanted to show what not to do! In my defence we were crawling and the muzzle was only on my bro for a second or two.
  11. I went out shooting with my bro thursday night. Thought you guys might like it
  12. I am hoping to go wildfowling soon so we thought we would do some testing of steel shot. We were quite impressed with the results. Enjoy
  13. Why is that? Have you not gutted a rabbit before?
  14. Seems a warren on my permission is pretty infested. Good to get rid of them so they don't infect the rest. Enjoy
  15. Well its body seemed fine so it may of not been that far gone, I'm sure it had scabby eyes just before I shot it though. And the ferrets have a hamster type drinker on the other part of the cage, but I will let my Dad know!
  16. This was our first time trying to decoy some Crows. Enjoy
  17. The s410 is a great gun. The s300 came before the s400 and the s310 came before the s410. The reason it is better is because it was made before the anti tamper regulations came in. On the side of the breech there is a grub screw you can take out and if you put an allen key in there and turn you can adjust the power. This means you can adjust the power to suit the specific pellet you want to use, obviously using a chrono to keep it legal. Other than that it is identical to the s410 other than it doesn't have a pressure gauge or a safety, I don't need either! Many people think their rifle is
