    Pup coming on ok, 1 bollock and still terrible as a house dog but he's growing on me.

    6 month old pup came through mange and now developing into a nice dog. A real pain in the house though worse than any bull breed I have had, ruined everything, just starting to up his exercise a little now as he has too much energy.

    Well pup doing really well. Now a bit gutted only 1 bollock seems to have dropped/developed. Dont mind the scratched window sill my 10 year old Stafford sits there and has made a mess!

    Cheers guys new vet diagnosed him with sarcoptic mange which surprised me. But his hair growing back as fast as it disappeared!

    Pups hair seems to be growing back as fast as it came out! Still at vets monday, he is a fiery sod and growing like a weed too!

    Update, appointment on monday, but the breeder been in touch again, a few are showing signs and one is worse than my boy, I still thing demodectic mange. He took to vets they did a skin scrape but no signs of mites but has been treated needs 3 treatments apparently.

    Zero inflammation could it still be demodectic mange?

    Nothing I can think off I had the carpet professionally cleaned but that's 8 months ago!

    He has got worse I'm at yet another vets Monday. No hot spots not scratching much just lose of hair. I have changed food bedding and been treated with stronghold but fur still dropping out.

    So the dog has got worse and worse. Still losing hair. It isn't sore no hot spots not itching much but if say 50% bald. In with another vets on Monday. Very perplexing.

    Spoke with breeder looks like nothing wrong with his pups nothing like mine just strange im getting secind opinion from vets as he treates for sarcoptic mange with stronghold as precaution. But don't think it treats demodic which is what I thought it was. I have put a video up in the post in the lurcher section. I'm starting to believe it's an allergy. Dog has zero sore spots the hair is just cominng out! Very strange been around dogs all my life and never seen anything like it

    He didn't take scrapings I actually am seeing another vet next week! I'm starting to think it is an allergy, he has lost so much hair put not one sore spot or Inflammed skin!
