    Well yesterday a land owner asked if I could remove a fox from his land, it was becoming a nusianse. I arrived at 20:00 to get set up, I loaded a bait station with fresh rabbits with fox pro inferno in position. I was using my CZ527 .17Hornet with nitesite eagle, I used a bushnell NV spotter and was shooting off my primos trigger sticks my old faithfuls.     Cheers Taffey, it's unbelievable off road it's made my life 10 times easier lol, I'm covering more land then ever in one night now, it goes anywhere.

    A few months after purchasing a Jimny Its now ready for some action!!! I've had a roof mounted lamp with internal T-Bar fitted, rear seats removed and boarded out with plywood, rear windows vinyl wrapped with logo, Insa turbo tyres, snorkel fitted + K&N filter. My friends just made me a gun rest which is brilliant.

    At the end of the month I'm looking at purchasing a roof mounted lamp (lightforce) with T-Bar. Obviously drilling through roof is a concern, but is more practical in winter months keeping my pinkys warm and rain out + T-bar is also better for solo Lamping. Does the lamp mount have anything to stop the elements coming through the hole? If anyone can share any info it would be appreciated.

    I drove from Devon to Doncaster when I purchased and sat at 60mph getting approx 38mpg, it's dropped a little since using off road but not much sat between 33/36mpg

    Cheers mate, I've just started coating in waxoyl, I've coated internally too some rust was building under rear seats when I'd removed them. If I start getting any steering shake I'll give you s shout ??

    After year's of dragging the family car down off road tracks and farms I've taken the plunge and purchased a dedicated shooting 4x4. meet my Suzuki Jimny, I've taken rear seats out, fitted some new tyres + had back windows vinyl wrapped with logo.

    I'm always looking to push the boundaries mate, running a patch through a sealed mod is up there with my greatest brain waves I'm about to give up, I've tried everything today including airline and high pressured jet wash... to be honest I can't see how it's still in there.

    Yes my cleaning OCD has got the better of me on this occasion lol, I can't see it to hook it looking through mod it looks clear it's hiding well, even in tub of water shaking like a crazy man it didn't make an appearance, it's going to be an expensive cleaning session if I can't use

    Hi, First of all please refrain from calling me an idiot from running a patch through my sealed moderator Anyway yesterday I pulled a patch through my Hardy gen 4 sound moderator after noticing excessive, the patch got stuck and didn't make it to the other side, the sound mod is not strippable. I've called riflecraft today and they advised me to run water through to flush it out but this didn't work. I've tried everything including brushes to try and snag the patch, any advise would be greatly appreciated Would using it be safe? would the patch just burn after several rou

    Last weekend I went stalking with a friend who asked me if i'd like to take a Roe Buck of his ground, I've been stalking several times on Roe and Muntjac but this was my first stalk on a Buck. We arrived approx 17:00 on a lovely Saturday evening, we started the evening in the high seat, and after 45 minutes the Roe Doe appeared with a Buck following, They we're approx 100 yards away in crops, I could only see head so we waited for them to return to edge line to get a clean shot.     Friday my Primos Tripod trigger stick stopped working, they we're jamming and the trigger wasn't working, making the stick unusable, after using for a year I've become very attached to them so replacing wasn't an option.Today I stripped them down, and I'm happy to say they're now back in action and like new Thought i'd share the simple steps to take to repair just in case anyone else is having same problem.     I've not had much experience with .22Hornet, I went for the .17Hornet for the extra range to the .22Hornet it's very similar to the .223, If I had .223 i'd probably go for the .22Hornet.... only difference I noticed from .223 to .17Hornet is the noise, the .17Hornet with decent mod is just as quiet as my HMR very impressed with it. I'm sure someone with experience with them both could advise better, just my opinion

    I needed something in between the .22LR and .243. Two bullets got stuck in the barrel of my HMR and I lost all confidence in it so decided to get shut, after some research the .17Hornet or .204 best suited my needs and ended up going for the .17Hornet, very happy with my choice cracking round

    Yes this years mate, one was really healthy the other looked like it's not eaten for a while in a bit of a mess.
