well my box is only half full and i aint had any since i got back from holiday send me the stuff back and i dropp payment in the post as i aint down your neck off the woods for a few weeks now

in the oven :11: :11: my mrs roasts them in the oven with water in the pan in the water is cruched garlic herbs etc the bird is mainly cooked upside down so the breast is in the water and then the last 10 mins turned over so the skin browns we have found this wat the breasts are not dry

at the end of the day 99% of us have been poaching and the chances are that some one else already has perrmison on that bit of land. i've done loads of times and i will carry.
